These Terms of Service govern your use of Surat IT Community's platform, events, and services. Please read them carefully.

By accessing and using the Surat IT Community platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Membership

Membership is subject to approval and may be revoked at any time for violation of community guidelines. Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

User Conduct

Members agree to conduct themselves professionally, respect other members, and refrain from harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that violates our community guidelines. Spam, unauthorized solicitation, and promotion of competing communities are prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Surat IT Community, including logos, designs, and educational materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. Members retain ownership of their contributed content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the community.

Event Participation

Event registrations are subject to availability and payment (if applicable). Cancellation policies vary by event. Members are expected to attend registered events or provide advance notice of cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

Surat IT Community provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our services, networking introductions, or third-party services accessed through our platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or community guidelines. Upon termination, access to member-only resources and services will be revoked.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
