From a handful of founders meeting over chai to 700+ members shaping Surat's IT future — here's how we got here.
A small group of Surat IT founders started meeting informally. Within months, SIC was officially launched with 50 founding members at the first event in Surat.
Membership crossed 200. SIC hosted its first CEO Meetups, the inaugural Cricket Premier League, and the first Blood Donation Camp. A community identity took shape.
Product-Up launched. The AI Summit drew 300+ attendees. Member companies reported ₹200 Cr+ in new business influenced by SIC connections. Surat began taking notice.
SIC members won national awards. The Excellence Awards Gala was born. Membership crossed 500. National press coverage put Surat's IT ecosystem on India's map.
SIC surpassed 700 members. Women in Tech, global delegations, investment showcases, and the 5th Anniversary Gala mark a community that has become a national benchmark.
