Eligibility Criteria
Requirements to become a community member
Minimum 0-2 years of experience as an IT Owner/Director/CEO/CXO (must reflect on LinkedIn Profile)
Minimum 2 team size and must be located in Surat
Must be a Proprietor/CEO/Founder/Co-Founder/Partner (No CXO as employee)
Must have Corporate Office in Surat with official website (SSL/TLS certificate)
If registered outside Surat but living in Surat - not eligible (operational Surat office required)
Big IT Company CXO (10K+ employees) may be eligible if living in Surat and left the company

What to do and what not to do as a member

Pay attention to others' viewpoints. Show genuine interest and avoid interrupting.
Constructive Feedback
Provide feedback focusing on content, not personal attacks. Be receptive to feedback.

Participate actively in workshops, seminars, and knowledge sharing sessions.
Professional Integrity
Be honest, ethical, and transparent. Respect confidentiality.
Continuous Learning
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
Networking
Build meaningful professional relationships within the community.

Avoid plagiarism. Give proper credit to original creators.
Share Knowledge
Share your knowledge and experiences generously with others.
Be Reliable
Honor your commitments and deadlines. Be accountable for your work.
Prohibited Actions
Actions that are not allowed in our community
Do not share other group links (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
Do not post marketing messages daily (1 week gap required)
Do not share CVs or Job Descriptions in main group (use separate group)
Do not share rental advertisements or property promotions
Do not promote others' business intentionally
Do not write support/congrats messages (use reactions or DM)
Leaving the group requires valid reason to rejoin (except within 48 hours if by mistake)

LinkedIn Profile Verification
We need your LinkedIn profile showing CEO/Owner/Director/Partner role at your company.
Submit Information
DM your LinkedIn profile and personal contact number (not company/HR/support numbers).
Verification Process
We verify candidates within 48 hours. We check team size, business website, and IT/software services.
